Spring Confidence Riding Clinic

Join us on May 19, 2012 for the Spring Confidence Riding Clinic at The Hitchin Post Arena. Clinic starts at 9:am with our very own Shon Wilson as the clinician. Bring your horse and build your confidence in the saddle as Shon gives you tips for riding to keep you out of trouble if/when the unexpected spook or craziness happens while in the saddle. Lunch will be provided by The Hitchin Kitchen. This clinic is directed toward novice adult riders. Clinic fee $75. Pre-registration required. Spectators welcome. $10. Student Practice Night

The Hitchin Post is offering STUDENT PRACTICE NIGHT each Tuesday through the summer, beginning May 29. Practice time starts at 7:30pm. STUDENT PRACTICE NIGHT is for those students taking riding lessons at The Hitchin Post who wish to enhance their skills by riding, supervised, in the arena to practice. $15 charge per student. Jr Buckaroo Cowboy Camp

Sign up now! Jr Buckaroo Cowboy Camp is coming to The Hitchin Post on June 4 - 8 for the Buckaroos ages 8 - 11 and on June 11 - 15 for the Buckaroos ages 12 - 15. Buckaroos will learn horsemanship, cattle care, cowboy games, roping, basic hoof care for horses, western/cowboy theater, history of rodeo, cattle driving, the cowboy code of ethics and soooo much more!
